All too often we take our most valued resource (employees) for granted. When a team’s goals, vision and passion are truly united, the achievement is staggering. By investing more in your board, management team or staff - they will realise the value you place on them.
Our Team Development Programme includes options to ensure the learning is tailored to meet your needs and budget. We also ensure it’s a fun and memorable process designed to achieve your desired outcomes.

The objectives for any group will be tailored to meet your company’s needs. Some ideas include:
For boards or senior management: Strategic planning, setting the vision, objectives or how to embed a value into the company or organization.
For management teams: Defining the objectives, building greater collaborative working into the team by identifying common work streams, pooling resources to work more efficiently or working through difficult situations or decisions to be taken.
For staff: An opportunity to embed a core value or strategy, building effective communication and stronger relationships between staff. Working with staff who demonstrate difficult attitudes, interpersonal relationships or require a level of mediation.

Our experience shows that team transformation happens best, outside the normal work/life situation. So, we offer residential programmes at two locations - on in Greece the other in the UK. Both include some physical activities suitable for most levels of fitness, strength or even disability.
On each day, we also hold informal discussions and workshops with participants, designed to meet the specific objectives of your company.
Types of physical activity: We use activities that are “different”, enjoyable and stimulating physically - getting people outdoors to share an experience and talk about communication channels within the team. Each day consists of sessions for discussion and interaction, outdoor paddling, raft building or other fun water activities. No padding experience is required nor is a love of water!
Safety: All physical activities are conducted under the supervision of qualified experts. We will always have a BCU (British Canoe Union) qualified and registered coach and the necessary health and safety, risk assessment and insurance requirements.

We welcome your team in Athens and personally escort them to the Island of Milos for 3 or 4 days of adventure. Each trip is uniquely designed to meet the needs of your company.
This island is not a regular tourist destination, nor commercial in any way. It is a very traditional and natural island with a beauty of its own in which your staff will be able to unwind, participate in sea kayaking on the Mediterranean and involve themselves in meaningful discussions and strategic group work each day.

This residential programme is based in Kent, and is individually tailored to meet the needs of your company. You also have the option of spreading it over 2 or 3 days.
Each day there will be some water based and physical activity on The Royal Military Canal in Seabrook, including kayaking, plus discussions and strategic group work.
